The Fine Print
This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, cannot be replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. The original gift voucher must be presented upon arrival to be exchanged for the indicated service. Advance bookings, specifying the service to be booked, are necessary and are subject to availability. Please note that for all the vouchers issued, advance reservation is required at least ten (10) days before the desired experience date.
